Over the last 12 months I have found David at Digitex a pleasure and a constant delight to have on the end of the phone. David, Llisa and the team have been there for Delivision whenever I have needed them and the results he and his team have brought have been pretty amazing in a relatively short amount of time. I don’t normally leave reviews But felt on this occasion I should reach out to anybody reviewing David and Digitex , I am an electrical contractor, and I’ve been in the industry for decades working without a website I started a relaunch of my business just after 2020 lockdown in renewables and general commercial and domestic electrical One of my objectives. What is to start a website for my business, as this was not necessary in previous years In order to maintain our workload, I thought that the use of a website would be a viable tool I was approached, by Many website designers via email and telephone ove a period of a year Most of which I pushed aside I was contacted first of all by David by phone At first, I had my reservations off trust and working with a company over the phone So I was someone stand offish and reserved David, what patient with me during this period gave me lots of good advice and was not in my view, pushy into any sales of contracts There was a period of several months of discussions and advice. Eventually, I contacted David and initiated the start of my new website with Digitex The whole process has been overseen by David addressing any niggles I flagged . His staff and himself have managed to come up with a fantastic stand alone site for us . alterations were made to my requirements, and we are almost now at finalising the website I envisaged. I can recommend David to any business wishing to upgrade their website or start a new website. Good staff, good support system and helpful answers. Even got a few video tutorials they made custom for me when I couldn't figure out how to make some changes to the site they made. Didn't get tied in to any follow up costs and all of that jazz so was really impressed. Good honest company with good websites. 10/10. Thanks.
